Enter ONE of the following into the Account Information field provided:
- User name used during the registration process
- Email address used during the registration process
- Federal surveyor Id number / LMS number
Your original user name and a new random password will be emailed to you using the email address you entered during the registration process. This new random password will expire after 3 days.
