The View My Courses page displays all of the WBT courses that you have completed and any Video-on-Demand courses for which you have registered. The "View" column will display a button if you have completed the course (see Printing certificates below). Sub-tests and some courses do not have a completion certificate. The video option that works best for you is largely dependent upon your available bandwidth and individual computer setup. The following guidelines are provided, but you may wish to experiment prior to a live broadcast using the existing archive broadcasts to see which option works best for you.
- Windows Media Player (High) - If you have a high bandwidth connection (cable, corporate T1, etc.) then this option will provide you with the best quality. You must have Media Player installed in order to use this option (if you are using a PC you probably already have Media Player installed). If you are unable to access the video due to your location's firewall settings, you may want to try using Silverlight (see below). Signs a firewall may be blocking the streaming content include:
- The Media Player control appears on the page, but the status bar at the bottom of the control simply says "Ready."
- A dialog box appears asking you if you wish to save the selected file.
- You receive an error message stating that Media Player could not connect to the server.
- Silverlight (High) – If you have a high bandwidth connection (cable, corporate T1, etc.) then this option will provide you with the second best quality. You must have Silverlight installed in order to use this option. Silverlight is available for the PC, Mac, and Linux (in the form of the Moonlight plug-in developed by Novell); however, it is not natively installed on any of these platforms. Depending upon your computer configuration, you may not be able to install this software yourself and will instead need your system administrator to install this software for you. Because of the differences between how Silverlight and Media Player access streaming content, if you are unable to access the videos due to your location's firewall settings, you may want to try using Silverlight. The plug-in can be installed from the following link: Microsoft Silverlight
.
- Windows Media Player (Low) - If you are accessing the content through a dialup modem then you should use this option. You must have Media Player installed in order to use this option (if you are using a PC you probably already have Media Player installed).

Video Evaluations are located on the individual Video Information page for each video. You must be logged on to get credit for completing the video evaluation. The Video Information page can be accessed from the "Satellite Broadcast" page, the "Archive Webcasts" page, or by clicking the name of the video from your "View My Courses" page. The evaluation for a live broadcast will not become available until after the allotted time for the video has expired.

The Test Selection Menu lists all of the available tests. Select the test you wish to take and click the "Submit Test Selection" button to start the test.
Read each question and click on the correct answer(s). Some questions have more than one correct answer.
Click on "Submit Answer" to go to the next question.
Once you submit your answer, you cannot go back to that question.
DO NOT click the "Back" browser button. If you do, you will exit the test.
When you have completed the test, your score will be calculated. If you achieve a score of 80% or more, you will be advised that you have passed the test.
No record is made of attempts that result in a score of less than 80%.
